Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right with your order, we make returns and refunds as simple as possible.

You may return most products within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
  • It is returned in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact
  • You have the original invoice or order confirmation

๐Ÿšซ Non-Returnable Items

  • Consumables and hygiene-sensitive products (e.g. earbuds tips, screen protectors once applied)
  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance/flash sale unless found defective
  • Custom-configured or personalized orders

๐Ÿ” Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the issue. We'll arrange a free pickup and replacement or full refund โ€” no questions asked.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5โ€“7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (JazzCash/Easypaisa/Bank) or as store credit, based on your preference
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash to the number you provide
