Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right with your order, we make returns and refunds as simple as possible.
โฉ๏ธ 7-Day Return Policy
You may return most products within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
- It is returned in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact
- You have the original invoice or order confirmation
๐ซ Non-Returnable Items
- Consumables and hygiene-sensitive products (e.g. earbuds tips, screen protectors once applied)
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance/flash sale unless found defective
- Custom-configured or personalized orders
๐ Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the issue. We'll arrange a free pickup and replacement or full refund โ no questions asked.
๐ฐ Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status
- Approved refunds are processed within 5โ7 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (JazzCash/Easypaisa/Bank) or as store credit, based on your preference
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash to the number you provide
